Understanding Your Size: We strongly recommend that you review our size chart before making a purchase. This will help ensure that you select the correct size for your order.
Measuring for Perfection: To make your experience even better, take the time to measure yourself accurately before placing an order. If you need a body measurement diagram, please reach out to us for more information.
Our Commitment to You: We are committed to delivering the services and products you've chosen with professionalism and dedication.
Made to Order: Our products are made to order, and we instruct our suppliers and manufacturers to begin the production process once payment has cleared in our banking system. This process is irreversible, and therefore, we cannot issue refunds.
Lead Time: The lead time mentioned online and on the invoice is the maximum time for your item to be prepared for collection or shipment. Any changes to these terms will be discussed and agreed upon with you.
Handmade Uniqueness: Our items are crafted by hand, making each one unique. Due to this process, there may be variations in detail, color shade, stitches, lace patterns, and bead-work. While we cannot guarantee an exact duplicate of the displayed item, we assure you of a high level of sophistication and a very close replica.
Cancellation and Exchange Policy:
Order Cancellation: You may cancel an order within 24 hours after confirmation/purchase. A 20% refund fee applies.
Order Cooling Off Period: If you decide to cancel an order, please contact us via WhatsApp or email at Mscooco390@gmail.com or womensclothing@mscooco.com within 24 hours of your initial purchase time otherwise after 24 hours period past a 20% refund fee will apply. Please feel free to reach out for more information.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving/signing upon delivery. You can make one exchange, subject to notice. Please be aware that a new lead time may apply. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us within 14 days of the return agreement. Please provide a tracking number for the returned item.
Non-Exchangeable Items: Sale items, reduced-price items, and customized items do not qualify for exchange or refund.
Exchange within 14 Days: You may exchange an item within 14 days of delivery/collection. To initiate an exchange, email us at Mscooco390@gmail.com or womensclothing@mscooco.com Note that after 14 days, exchanges are not available.
Eligibility for Exchange: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was shipped.
Customized Items: Customized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Defective Items: We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange a defective item, please email us at Mscooco390@gmail.com or womensclothing@mscooco.com
Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of shipping when exchanging an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
